In order to preserve the original vintage/antique integrity of my items, I do not polish them. Most items can be polished by a professional jeweler in order to achieve a brilliant shine, but many customers prefer the original luster of an unpolished piece.
*Most jewelers charge between $5-25 for Clean & Polish, but some will offer this as a complimentary service to customers.
My cleaning process is simply using warm water and liquid dish soap to disinfect.
Ring Listings:
It is sometimes difficult to determine how a ring will fit without being able to try it on. I always recommend taking your favorite ring to a local jeweler and comparing the way that it sits on a mandrel (ring sizer) with the pictures in the listings prior to purchase. Sometimes wide band rings fit a little differently and I always want my customers to be 100% happy with their purchases! Please let me know if I can help by offering more pictures for size comparison.

I offer reserves! If you are interested in an item and would like me to hold it for you for purchase at a later date, please feel free to send a message and let me know. I am happy to hold items for one week.

*Shipping- Items will arrive carefully packed in a plastic bag and decorative tulle bag, wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a box or mailer.

Are the gemstones listed real?
Based on our viewing of the gemstones listed in any item, under 10X magnification, and in comparing the color of the gemstones to what is typical in the respective gemstone identification mentioned in the listing, we were confident in our assessment of the piece as having natural stones. Unfortunately, given the price point of Sterling Silver jewelry, we do not provide GIA gem identification reports with our items since they are quite costly, but we do use a Presidium gem tester to double check our assessment as well so that our customers can feel confident buying from us 😊🙏🏼 We always do our best to accurately identify our pieces!
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)..
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item..
